VAT and Tax Treatment by Region

The Company applies indirect taxes in compliance with the applicable laws of the customer's jurisdiction. The following guidance applies:

United Kingdom: UK VAT at the standard rate (20%) is included where applicable on digital services supplied to UK consumers.
European Union: EU VAT applies at the applicable member state rate for digital services. The gross price of USD 200 is inclusive of any applicable VAT.
United Arab Emirates: UAE VAT at 5% applies to digital services. The price of USD 200 is inclusive of UAE VAT where applicable.
Singapore: Singapore GST applies to digital services supplied to Singapore consumers. The price of USD 200 is inclusive of applicable Singapore GST.
Hong Kong: Hong Kong does not impose VAT or GST on digital services. The price of USD 200 is the full amount with no additional tax.
Other jurisdictions:The price of USD 200 is inclusive of any applicable indirect taxes. Where local law requires the Company to charge additional tax beyond this amount, you will be notified before payment is completed.

Payments are processed in USD through a PCI-DSS compliant international payment gateway. Your bank may apply currency conversion charges — these are not controlled by BriSharks.

Group and Institutional Pricing

Schools, coaching institutes, and educational organisations enrolling 10 or more students may be eligible for institutional pricing. Contact contact@brisharks.com with the number of students and institution details to receive a custom quote.

Refund Policy

All Programme fees are non-refundable. Once payment is completed, no refund will be issued. Please refer to the BriSharks Refund Policy for full details.

Pricing Changes

Youbooks Edtech Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify Programme pricing at any time. Any price change will be communicated on www.brisharks.com prior to implementation and will not affect enrolments already completed.
