Refund Policy

Important Notice

BriSharks operates a NO REFUND policy. All purchases are final. Please read this policy carefully before completing your enrollment.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made for the BriSharks Startup Education Programme ("Programme") operated by Youbooks Edtech Pte Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By completing your enrolment and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

All fees paid for the BriSharks Programme are strictly non-refundable. Once a user has completed the sign-up process and payment has been processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

3. Digital Product Nature

The BriSharks Programme is a digital educational product. Upon payment, access to the Programme content — including the Learn Module, Build Module, Pitch Module, Master Classes, AI-powered tools, and all associated materials — is granted immediately. Given the nature of digital goods and the immediate delivery of access, the right of withdrawal or cooling-off period does not apply to this purchase, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Programme Access Period

Your enrollment grants access to the Programme for one (1) school year from the date of purchase. Access includes all modules, Master Classes, and platform features available at the time of enrolment and any updates released during the access period. No extension of the access period will be granted in lieu of a refund.

5. Pricing and Taxes

All Programme fees are as published on the BriSharks website at the time of purchase. Fees are inclusive of applicable taxes as follows:

The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes to pricing will not affect purchases already completed.

6. Failed or Disputed Transactions

In the event of a failed transaction, payment not reaching the Company, or an erroneous double-charge caused solely by a technical fault on the part of our payment processor, the Company will investigate and resolve the issue. Evidence of the transaction error must be submitted to info@brisharks.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider in respect of a valid Programme purchase constitutes a breach of these terms. The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Programme for any user who initiates an unjustified chargeback.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any consumer rights or statutory guarantees that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Where mandatory statutory rights apply and cannot be excluded, this Policy operates subject to those rights.
